Centrally located pool house, ideally located in a quiet and a safe neighborhood, steps from the waterfront and minutes from Palm Beach main attractions! Walk to world famous Palm Beach Island and Clematis Street with its bars and restaurants. The house is cute and cozy and equipped with everything you may need to enjoy your stay. You will enjoy relaxing afternoons by the unheated pool, walks along the waterfront.... Welcome to the Palm Beaches! The space Two story pool house with the living room, master and kitchen on the second floor and the second bedroom, bathroom and laundry room downstairs, with direct access to the pool. Each floor has its own door/access for more privacy. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Each floor has its own central A/C with independent thermostat to adjust the temperature to your liking, and its own smart TVs (Comcast/Xfinity cable is included). Other things to note We own another house on property, also on Airbnb. Feel free to inquire if you'd like to book both (total sleeping capacity: 14 guests). Access to that other house is through a different street/entrance, and privacy is guaranteed. The pool is the only amenity that could potentially be shared if both homes are booked at the same time. Also, please note that the neighborhood is very quiet. As a result, we have a very clear "no-party" policy in our house rules.
