Entire detached house with 2x double beds upstairs, lounge with sofa bed and chair, equipped kitchen, dining table & chairs, separate bathroom with shower, free WIFI. MAXIMUM 4 GUESTS. Parking space for 1 car, road parking available. Man UTD training ground- 1 min walk Trafford centre-3.5m Old Trafford (football & cricket)-4.5m Central Manchester-6m Manchester Airport-7m Trafford Park-3.5m Tram (above locations)&FREE PARKING-3.2m Free tea, coffee and milk Fresh towels No smoking/vaping The space This perfect tiny detached house has an open plan lounge / kitchen with dining table and chairs, sofa bed (double) and arm chair, smart TV with terrestrial channels / NETFLIX / Prime Video access, wifi, downstairs bathroom with hot shower, fresh towels, pedestal basin, toilet and heated towel radiator. Kitchen has fan oven / grill, fridge freezer, microwave, two ring halogen hob, toastie maker, kettle and toaster. Outside there is a very large garden (with a number of fruit trees - apple / pear / cherry / fig / etc) with a rotary clothes dryer. A small entrance hall with coat and shoe rack. Upstairs there are 2x double beds, bedside table with lamp that features 2x USB chargers, and a number of storage options plus 2x velux roof light windows (full blackout blinds). The stairs are relatively steep (similar to an old terraced house), with handrails on each side. Tea, coffee and fresh milk provided free of charge. We try our best to allow check in earlier than stated - please ask us in advance if you need this. There is a strict no smoking and vaping rule inside the house and a MAXIMUM occupancy of 4 people. The entire upstairs is one large room, roughly 24ft / 7.3 metres long. The x2 double beds are at each end separated by the staircase and a dressing table. *The washing machine in some of the images has been removed and now replaced with a built in fan oven. * Guest access Guests have the entire house. There is parking on the driveway for 1 car, road parking is available but not guaranteed. We try our best to allow early check in, please ask us in advance if you need to check in before the stated time, we will try our best to accommodate. **Please make us aware if you drive a commercial vehicle/van as this may not fit in the parking space.** Other things to note We have an EV charger, specifically a Tesla Type 2 wall charger than can be utilised on agreement.
