If you want to head into Palmerston city it's a cruisey 20 minutes drive, or into Darwin city is just 35 minutes. The space As this is a large block of land, it requires a lot of maintenance. We have an on site caretaker who maintains the gardens and pool. She resides in a seperate granny flat to the house and will give you all the privacy you need!
