700 sqft bay house only half a mile from the Kellers Bay boat ramp and 10 minutes from Port Lavaca. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 2 full size futons, and 1 bath. Sitting on 1 acre it has plenty trees to chill under, enjoy an evening fire, or sit on the huge front porch. It has a 24ft by 60ft drive big enough to park 2 vehicles with boats side by side. The space Linens for the futons are in the wicker trunk in the living area. Guest access The key lock box on the front porch on the post next to the front door. There will also be an extra key on the table. Other things to note You will need to bring all your own food and beverage products, 13gal trash bags, charcoal, lighter, specialty grilling wood, and toiletries. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, and dish soap. There are a few ice trays in the freezer but bring ice if you need more.
