Relax, Unwind & Enjoy the views over Bonneys Tier in the comfort of our humble Cottage. The Cottage is designed & furnished with your comfort in mind, from snugly beddings, cosy wood fire & fully equipped kitchen. Have your breakfast either on the Deck, Breakfast Bar or have a BBQ while enjoying the views. You may even see one of our local Wedged-Tailed Eagles! Easy access to the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry, Cradle Mountain, Lake Barrington, Sheffield- town of Murals, Mt. Roland & Limestone Caves. The space The Cottage is at the rear of the Main House with parking area. You have your own private place, own deck with dinning seating and Weber Gas BBQ. The Wood BBQ/Fire Pit area also have a dinning seating & a loverseat bench to truly soak up the mountain view while having a cheese platter and a glass of wine. The breakfast bar is another ideal place to admire the views while having your breakfast, reading your book, working from your laptop with fast & reliable WIFI or just simply relax & have a cuppa! 😊 Guest access We have a Solar Powered Gate and you will be provided with a gate remote-Key Fob for your convenience. You are free to use either the Gas Weber BBQ or the outdoor Wood BBQ/Fire Pit anytime, except windy days and fire ban. Other things to note We regret that we can't accept children between 1-3 years old due to the wood heater and open fire pit without fire guard. Also, some parts of our garden are not suitable for toddlers because of the slope and large rocks. We also don't have a Cot, Bassinet, High Chair, Changing table, etc. Registration Details Exempt: This listing falls under the 'home sharing' exemption
