Equipped Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is thoughtfully designed with high-end appliances, ample workspace, and everything you need to prepare anything from a casual breakfast to a celebratory feast. Indoor Comfort: Central climate control and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home make it equally welcoming for work, play, and relaxation. The main house features 4 bedrooms: • Primary suite: King bed, private romantic deck, smart TV with loveseat, ensuite bathroom with deep soaking tub, TOTO bidet, and large walk-in shower. • Two guest bedrooms: One with a Cal King and one with a queen bed, sharing a full bathroom with a charming antique clawfoot tub/shower. • Game room suite (entire third floor!): Queen bed, two twin beds, pool table, air hockey, TV with seating area, desk with office chair and monitor, plus games and sweeping countryside views. The attached private studio suite adds even more flexibility for your group, with: • Queen bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, and private outdoor seating area — perfect for couples seeking a little extra privacy or as a quiet retreat within the estate. A full bathroom is also located on the main level of the home, so no one has to wait! Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to unwind in our large private hot tub, soak under the starry sky, and enjoy the spacious backyard. Challenge your group to a game of cornhole, fire up the BBQ for an al fresco feast, or gather around the gas firepit for sunset views. Keep an eye out for the resident elk herd, a graceful and wild sight to behold! 📍 The Location 10–15 Minutes: Paso Robles wineries, tasting rooms, and downtown dining Nearby: Scenic vineyard roads, olive oil farms, and countryside views 30–40 Minutes: Central Coast beaches and San Luis Obispo 🔑 Important Guest Info Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required per stay. Quiet Hours: Guests are asked to respect the privacy and comfort of the occupants in the other home. Excessive noise, disturbances, or behavior that may disrupt them are not permitted. Please keep shared spaces and the surrounding areas quiet, particularly during evening and early morning hours. Shared Property: Please note that the owners live on-site in the primary residence, and there is another separate rental unit on the property. Pets: Whispering Oaks Manor is pet-friendly with prior approval. A maximum of two pets is allowed, and a pet fee of $100 per pet. Guests are required to agree to the pet policy and let us know in advance if they plan to bring a pet. EV Charging: Available overnight only. Daytime charging may occasionally cause electrical issues depending on other systems and appliances in use within the home, so guests are asked to schedule vehicle charging during nighttime hours whenever possible. Please note that EV chargers vary by vehicle type, and we are not responsible for charging issues related to vehicle compatibility. Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and the surrounding deck/patio area, plus the shared outdoor space. We have another home on the property that is also a vacation rental. Please do not venture over to the cottage house and give those guests their privacy, as they will do to you. There are some locked cabinets, a locked storage closet, and the basement storage area is also locked and off limits to guest use.
