The space 🏡 The Space: Nestled amidst the picturesque northwest Paso Robles wineries, vineyards, and ancient oaks, just a few miles north of downtown, Whispering Oaks Estate is your private wine country escape. This inviting home features an open-concept living area, perfect for gathering after a day of wine tasting and adventure. The fully equipped kitchen will inspire your inner chef, while the outdoor patio and dining area offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Relax in the large hot tub under the stars, enjoy a game of cornhole, fire up the BBQ, or unwind around the cozy firepit seating area. 🛏️ Bedrooms: With a total of 5 comfortable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The main house features 4 bedrooms: • Primary suite: King bed, private romantic deck, smart TV with loveseat, ensuite bathroom with deep soaking tub, TOTO bidet, and large walk-in shower. • Two guest bedrooms: One with a Cal King and one with a queen bed, sharing a full bathroom with a charming antique clawfoot tub/shower. • Game room suite (entire third floor!): Queen bed, two twin beds, pool table, air hockey, TV with seating area, desk with office chair and monitor, plus games and sweeping countryside views. The attached private studio suite adds even more flexibility for your group, with: • Queen bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, and private outdoor seating area — perfect for couples seeking a little extra privacy or as a quiet retreat within the estate. A handy full bathroom is also located on the main level of the home, so no one has to wait! 🌳 Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to unwind in our large private hot tub, soak under the starry sky, and enjoy the spacious backyard. There's plenty of room for your furry friends to roam — yes, we’re pet-friendly! Challenge your group to a game of cornhole, fire up the BBQ for an al fresco feast, or gather around the gas firepit for sunset views. Keep an eye out for the resident elk herd — a graceful and wild sight to behold! Plus, we’ve got you covered with an EV charger for your electric vehicle. EV charging is available overnight only. Daytime charging may occasionally cause electrical issues depending on other systems and appliances in use within the home, so guests are asked to schedule vehicle charging during nighttime hours whenever possible. Please note that EV chargers vary by vehicle type, and we are not responsible for charging issues related to vehicle compatibility. 🎮 Game Room Fun: Inside, the third-floor game room is fully stocked for endless fun, with a pool table, air hockey, Roku smart TV, board games, and a cozy seating area for movie nights. Respect for Other Occupants: Please be aware that there is another home on the property. Guests are asked to respect the privacy and comfort of the occupants in the other home. Excessive noise, disturbances, or behavior that may disrupt them are not permitted. Please keep shared spaces and the surrounding areas quiet, particularly during evening and early morning hours. 📝 Please Note: To finalize your reservation, guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and complete the security deposit authorization 2 days prior to arrival. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and surrounding deck/patio area plus the shared outdoor space. We have another home on the property that is also a vacation rental. Please do not venture over to the cottage house and give those guests their privacy as they will to you. There are some locked cabinets, a locked storage closet and the basement storage area is also locked and off limits to guest use.
