The space The property consists of a 450 sq. meter main house, a fully equipped 60 sq. meter cottage, and a 60 sq. meter closed garage. It has an impeccable garden of more than 5000 square meters with a lot of forest and privacy since much of the perimeter borders directly with the Arelauquen nature reserve. The outside of the house has a large deck to enjoy the view or sunbathe in summer. The house's interior has very large and comfortable rooms. The master suite has a king-size bed, sauna, and a two-seat Jacuzzi overlooking the forest. The second suite, also very large, has a king size bed, full bathroom with a one-seat Jacuzzi and a futon bed. The third and fourth bedrooms can accommodate three people each (two twin beds and a trundle bed in each room, ideal for boys). Both rooms share a full bathroom with double sink. The 5th bedroom is the service unit. It has a single bed and a niche bed that comes out from below (it is clarified that because it is the service unit, this room does not have the comforts and luxuries that the other rooms have). The kitchen is fully equipped with a daily dining room, dishwasher, oven, microwave, complete dishes and all kinds of appliances and washing machines in the service dependency sector. It has a large living room with a lake view, a fireplace, an exit to a large deck, and a dining room for 12 people, also with a lake view. The cabin has 60 square meters covered.
