Comfortably accommodates 4 adults, this property is in a convenient location to explore the wonders of Northern AZ. Take the train to the Grand Canyon, or indulge yourself in the ever growing local wine country. Excellent food options, art galleries, antique shops, and unique boutique stores in Old Town! The space *You're renting Unit A only (see layout in photos) Unit B may be occupied by other guests* A spacious, grandeur hacienda style shared courtyard centers the home while you take in the stunning views of Mingus Mountain. Living Space: This space has a soft leather couch a leather recliner and a gas fireplace. A flat screen TV offers access to your own streaming accounts and High-speed WiFi is provided for your convenience! Note: the living room has a queen size sofa bed, to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. Heating and A/C systems offer year-round comfort during your stay. Kitchen: This space offers a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, and a Mr Coffee, coffee maker! BBQ Grill: We do offer a propane BBQ for use during your stay. This is a shared BBQ it is to be used on a first come first serve basis. Master Bedroom: A King size bed and closet to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. *Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience* Washer/Dryer: This unit has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience. Courtyard: Relax in the beautiful courtyard with views of Mingus mountain. This is a shared space and other potential guests from Unit B do have access to this shared courtyard space as well. During certain times of the year, the area hosts live music, parades, and entertainment events. Nearby outdoor adventure includes golfing, fishing, hiking, or biking. Additional entertainment and dining recommendations are provided in a Welcome Book upon the arrival of your stay. Cottonwood is conveniently located to explore the best of Northern Arizona. It is 1.5 miles to Old Town Cottonwood, 6.5 miles to Historic Jerome, 18 miles to Sedona, 1 hour to Flagstaff, 2 ½ hours to the Grand Canyon! (AZ TPT #21441004) Guest access Although you will have the entire unit to yourself, this spanish-style home is split into two units with a large brick courtyard in the center. Unit A & B are both available for rent! This home is easily accessible with a private entrance. Self check-in is easy and convenient. Other things to note Located on 1 acre of land. A private and serene property set back off the main street. This area is a quiet community in which only a small number of homes are rentals. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Thank you for your understanding! Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fees for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund. The owner of the home has requested no groups with children under 5 years old as the home is not suitable for infants or young children. The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked after each stay. While the exterior courtyard and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from wind, weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience! Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking. We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion. **NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety
