9 The Gue is a traditional Cornish cottage situated just a stroll away from Porthleven Harbour with its sandy beach & unique array of eateries, shops & galleries. Entrance via steps from driveway leading into the lounge. This leads into the dining kitchen, well equipped with seating for 4 and door to rear garden. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms, bathroom & small room for travel cot or study. At the rear are lawned areas with dining furniture & bbq area. At the fore is parking for 2 cars & lawn. The space Entrance is via a few steps up from the driveway leading into the lounge, with comfortable seating , cosy log burner and smart TV. This leads through to the dining kitchen, well equipped with seating for four and door off to rear garden. Upstairs you'll find two comfortable double bedrooms, the family bathroom and a small room suitable for a travel cot or study space. There's plenty of outdoor space. At the rear you have lawned areas with outdoor dining furniture and a bbq area. At the fore is parking for two cars along side the garden area.
