Cozy 2-bed, 1.5-bath 1950s remodeled mobile home right on the water—perfect for kayaking and fishing! Plenty of space to park a trailer. There’s a kayak ramp on-site and Ozello Keys Marina just 50 yards away for easy boat ramp access (our dock is very shallow to park at). Quiet spot, no parties please. We live next door, so say hi if you see us! A few quirks as it is a 1950’s mobile home, but everything works great. Simple, peaceful, and perfect for a nature or fishing getaway. Great Location. The space The Little Blue Heron is perfect for those looking to spend their days on the water fishing, scalloping, or kayaking. Plenty of space for a boat trailer. 2 private (shallow) docks. Pet friendly! While it is a 1950’s mobile home, it’s been updated to offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space is simple but functional, featuring two bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is an additional fold-out couch in the master room if needed. The master room includes a private bathroom, but the shower is in the guest bathroom. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, our home’s unbeatable location and access to the water make it a great getaway! Other things to note Plenty of space for parking and a trailer! We do not have central heating or air but there are Unit AC’s that work great in each room. Each bedroom is also equipped with a space heater. We have done our best to complete the repairs after hurricane Helene, but there are still some small areas with damage. Everything is 100% functional! We have a smart tv and WiFi available. You will be able to log into any of your streaming stations. Bring closed toed water shoes if you plan to kayak or go in the water around the property. There are lots of oyster beds that are VERY sharp. Bring bug spray! Depending on wind and rain, no see um’s can be out. We have 2 kayaks available for use. Please rinse them when you’re done. Boats can be parked at the dock but small/shallow boats are best due to the oyster beds and low tides. Ozello keys marina is a few houses down and can be used for boat put in/take out daily. Or the public ramp on John Brown Road. NO AIRBOATS!
