This 2 acre dog friendly property features a stunning outdoor veranda, hot tub, firepit, luxury outdoor bath house and a year round creek. In addition to the retreat home, there is a separate "Woodland Cottage" located approx 75 ft away (see photo). Book both if you'd like a full family compound experience! The space The Retreat features two bedrooms, one full bathroom inside and a second newly completed outdoor bathhouse, entertaining veranda, sunroom, hot tub and free EV charger. A hammock hangs beneath 2 mature apple trees providing shade and sweetness in the fall months. PLEASE NOTE pricing is based on 4 person occupancy, with one king bed and 2 twins. If you would like to add more guests, please just reach out prior to arrival as we have additional sleeping capacity in the house. For some extra forest fun you can always add on the charming Timber Tent for a flat fee of $100 for up to 3 people. Dogs are family and we’re so happy to welcome yours! Well-behaved, house-trained dogs (maximum of two) are permitted for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per night. A $50 flat fee has been added to your initial booking and the balance, if any, will come in the form of a separate payment request based on your stay length and number of dogs. Guest access The homes are situated on 2 very private acres with no other homes visible, just a wide open meadow surrounded by redwoods and a meandering creek. Access is quite easy as we are just a mile off of Hwy 1. Easy digital entry via a custom lock code sent prior to arrival. Other things to note Our private dirt roads are tenderly maintained and susceptible to damage by excessive traffic. We have wildlife, families on foot and tiny goats to consider so, for these reasons, was ask that you keep your speed to 5 mph when passing by our neighbors at the farm. Now for the legal jargon... Booking a stay with us immediately assumes you've both read and expressly agree: Occupants personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by Owner against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other cause. Owner does not insure against personal injury to Occupants due to any reason other than the condition of the Premises. Owner recommends that Occupants carry or obtain insurance to protect Occupants and personal property from any loss or damage. Occupants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner and Owners Representatives from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgements, cost and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to Occupants and Occupant's personal property.
