The space It is a 3 bed room house with large lounge and conservatory in a peaceful ambient area close to town centre and tesco. suitable for dorset county hospital staff walking distance 20 mins and railway is walking distance 15 mins. House rules apply for enjoying maximum for the stay. lost keys will be charged extra £15 . Sorry. Large bathroom with shower and bath tub available. Water and electricity and washing machine available for fair use policy . Guests are expected to keep room and shared areas as much clean as possible like their own home. Guest access Once booked, i will request a valid photo ID copy to be sent to me for security reasons and then give you keys. No deposit charged for short 1 week period. Longer stays will be asked for refundable deposit £100. Thank you for your custom. Any questions in your mind, please feel free to ask. happy to help. During your stay Cordial and respectfull manner . Friendly atmosphere is guaranteed with your commitment as 1 or 2 guests may be there when you are around. All my other guests have been so lovely and i am still in touch with them. Other things to note Please note this is a very decent price and hope the linens are not spoilt with food or tea or juice or beer or whisky etc or will be charged extra accordingly for the mess or damages from your security deposit. No noise to disturb neighbours after 2200 hrs , please keep it to minimum to help enjoy the peaceful night. Please feel free to bring your food and enjoy use of large fridge and freezer. Happy for me to provide fruits , tea bags, coffee powder, oats (for making your own porridge ) and milk.
