Welcome to the Hubbard Home, a tiny house located in west Conway, spaciously accommodating 4 guests. It is within walking distance of UCA campus, 1 mile from Conway Regional Medical Center, Laurel Park, and Stoby's (a Conway favorite), and less than 2 miles from downtown Conway. Conveniently located to coffee shops, UCA, and the downtown area, this cabin is surprisingly quiet for the location. Step in to be greeted by a beautiful oak staircase, an expansive ceiling height and stunning German oak countertops complemented by modern appliances. A couch along with a chair 1/2 beckon cozy gatherings around a 55 inch smart TV and an impressive amount of board games. Enjoy a calm and tastefully decorated bedroom and loft area boasting queen memory foam mattresses, soft linens, and cooling pillows for some of the best sleep you’ve ever had. Both spaces have plenty of space for your clothes/belongings during your stay. A full size washer/dryer stack with laundry detergent ensures you’ll always have a fresh wash of clothes. The kitchen area has stainless appliances, full split basin sink, a full size fridge, a toaster oven that can bake, cook or air dry and an infrared double stove top capable of boiling water in minutes or cooking up an impressive dinner in no time. Enjoy a fabulous cup of coffee on the spacious back deck thanks to the high end coffee maker and coffee provided. The deck is a great place to hang out with friends underneath the beautiful lights and has a large propane 4 burner grill with a side burner for cooking veggies or a great sear on a steak. You’ll also enjoy a fully fenced in and private yard area to your own. Guest access Guess will enjoy full access to the entire cabin and can expect full privacy during their stay. The cabin also has a large driveway of its own. The fenced in portion of the cabin off the back porch is also fully private and yours during your stay. Other things to note This space is two blocks from UCA and you won’t have to worry about finding a place to park for football and basketball games, tailgating, or just to visit the beautiful campus. The space is also 1 mile or less from Walmart, Kroger and multiple coffee shops. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the beautiful and lively Tucker Creek walking/biking trail that runs through the majority of the city, and mountain biking close by at Carson settlement park and Wooly Hollow State Park in Greenbrier. Avid disc golfers can play at 2 different 18 hole courses that tournaments are frequently held at. A surprisingly good food scene is located in Central Arkansas, Conway has plenty of restaurants along with the rogue roundabout brewery with an impressively long list of beer and great food. If Conway doesn’t have what you were looking for, Little Rock certainly will with highly recommended restaurants, multiple superb breweries and Rock Town distillery which is a must to visit.
