The space The house is a 500 square foot, two story casita that has all the amenities to make your stay feel like home away from home. On the first floor you'll find a full kitchen with a full sized stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and baking sheets. Of course you'll also have plates, silverware, etc. Coffee maker and coffee included! There's a small 2 seat ding table/workspace to eat and conveniently wfh. The attached living area includes a stylish and comfortable sleeper couch, a small TV connected to Roku, and a mini Nintendo hooked up to the TV for a fun night in. Up the stairs you'll find a cozy bedroom that includes 1 queen bed and 1 twin beds, offering a comfortable and versatile sleeping arrangement. The walkthrough closet is great to organize your clothes provides storage space for your belongings. The sleek modern bathroom has a marble tiled walk in shower powered by an instant water heater - take as long as you like! Off of the bedroom you have a private second story deck that offers a glimpse of the city skyline (if you look just right). This secluded outdoor space provides a perfect setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply enjoying the Austin breeze. Surrounded by trees that shield you from neighbors, this deck is a serene escape in the heart of the city. Situated at the back of our property, the guesthouse shares a walkway with other guesthouses, yet it remains completely private. The yard is landscaped with limestone pavers, gravel pathways and steel planters. We're right in the heart of Austin's action. Walk your way to award winning restaurants and cozy bars, soak in the vibes, and embrace the entertainment and nightlife. Just three blocks away, discover a charming row of neighborhood bars, including Full Circle bar (ski-ball)!, the cozy Kind Bee cocktail bar that hosts bands and comedy shows, a Japanes speakeasy cocktail lounge (Trona), and a well kept secret dance club called Outer Heaven.
