Queen beds in master and loft. Small sofa also a futon with fold down arms. Tiny house=tiny water heater...don't expect long hot showers. Just a short drive to Sparta NC and Independence VA. Wilderness with convenient access to stores, restaurants, state parks and the New River. (Prior reviews required) The space Situated on 25 private acres. There is another rental on the property, not visible from the tiny house most of the year. You are welcome to hike/explore the 25 acres. Guest access Private parking for two vehicles at site. Fire ring with grille attachment and seating located just above pond. Outdoor cooking utensils available. Firewood provided when possible. Feel free to gather wood too.
