Description

Coco Nosara Villas, including the Casa Jose unit, are newly built vacation villas in N Guiones, a 10-15 minute walk from Guiones Surf Beach & Amenities. The property offers a lush, gated oasis for families and groups, featuring a large shared pool and private villa amenities. We hosted 100+ families/groups in one year and reached Super Host Status in 6 months. See our reviews! The space Key Features & Amenities Villas: Five 2-3 bedroom villas, each accommodating 5-6 people, with private covered terraces, lounge seating, and outdoor dining. Common Areas: Guests share access to a hotel-size pool, a multi-purpose studio, and a poolside covered rancho with seating. Location: Situated in North Guiones, a 20-30 second walk on Ruta 160 to beach access and local amenities. In-Villa Amenities: High-speed fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi flat-screen Smart TVs. Fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a large island with seating. Full-sized washer and dryer. A/C units in each room. Drip coffee makers and pool towels included. Parking: Each villa has one dedicated parking spot for an SUV, car, golf cart, or ATV. Guest access Coco Nosara Villas are designed to provide a unique "perfectly imperfect" Nosara experience, focusing on a boutique, family-friendly atmosphere. Here are key details regarding guest amenities and the local environment: Guest Amenities & Exclusivity Private Villa Use: Each guest enjoys exclusive use of their own villa, which includes a private covered terrace with lounge seating and outdoor dining. Shared Common Spaces: The property features communal areas shared solely among the guests of the five villas. These spaces include: A hotel-size pool. A multi-purpose studio. A poolside covered rancho with teak wood Muskoka chair seating. Parking: Each villa is allocated one parking spot suitable for a variety of vehicles, including SUVs, cars, golf carts, ATVs, or UTVs. The host can provide referrals for golf cart rentals, a popular local transport choice for families. The Nosara Vibe & Stay Considerations The host emphasizes that Nosara offers a distinct, slow-paced vacation experience that may not be for everyone. They only accept bookings by request to ensure the resort aligns with guest expectations. Key things to know about the Nosara environment: Rustic Conditions: The area features dirt roads and hills. The pace of life is slow, which can mean longer waits for services like food. Potential Disruptions: Occasional power and internet outages can occur. Wildlife, such as howler monkeys, may also contribute to the local atmosphere by making noise in the mornings. Location: While close to the beach, guests need to walk up to the main road to get to beach access, and there is a busy road to the north of the property. Coco Nosara Villas, much like Nosara itself, aim to offer a genuine, boutique family vacation experience for those who appreciate its unique charm. Other things to note To ensure your stay at Coco Nosara aligns with your expectations, please review these key details regarding the location, environment, and local travel: 📍 Location & Road Noise Position: Located south of Ruta 160, directly north of Hotel Guiones. Coco Nosara entrance right across the road from Buen Ride e Bike Rental Noise: While road noise is audible outside, the villas are built of solid concrete to provide insulation. Guests generally find the interiors quiet, but can hear the road outside their villa. Noise tolerance and expectations is a personal preference to consider before booking. 🏖️ Getting to the Beach The Walk: It is a 10–15 minute walk to Playa Guiones. You will walk up a steep driveway, walk on the side of Ruta 160 for about 20-30 seconds and head down Main Guiones past Nalu and La Negra. Walking along Ruta 160 is a matter of personal comfort. Transport: Many guests prefer renting golf carts for local commuting. One parking spot is provided per villa, and the host can provide rental referrals. 🏗️ Construction Disclaimer Nosara is a growing surf/yoga hub. While no construction is currently occurring directly next door, it can begin at any time. Potential construction noise is a general reality when staying anywhere in Guiones. 🍴 Dining at Coyol To reach Coyol Restaurant on the mountain, a 4WD vehicle or a shuttle is required. The host recommends Terra Tour Nosara for shuttle services. ✨ Managing Expectations Nosara offers a "perfectly imperfect" experience. To ensure a good fit, please note: The Pace: Life is slow; food service may take longer, and the town features dirt roads and hills. The Elements: Occasional power and internet outages occur, and howler monkeys may serve as your early morning alarm. Booking: We accept bookings by request only to ensure our boutique property meets your family's specific needs.
