This is a timeshare resort, you will NOT be required to attend a timeshare presentation or tour the property but you will have the benefits that this first class resort offers. Guest that made the reservation MUST be the person checking in with their id. If the reservation needs to be under a different name please let me know BEFORE booking. If a name change is required after the reservation is booked, there will be an additional $99 change fee. Units are non-smoking, no pets allowed. Guest must follow all rules and regulations set by the resort. Guest must be at least 21 years old and supply a valid government issued ID as well as a credit card for incidentals. Important Important Information • Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. • This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases. • A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. • Parking off-site is available for $24 per night. The parking facility is not affiliated with the resort. • Prince George’s County requires a strict adherence to room occupancy levels. No parties, gatherings or large groups are permitted in our Guest Suites over the stated maximum occupancy. Only registered guests to the suite will be allowed on property.
