Guesthouse @ A|C Acres

Our cozy 200 sq ft guesthouse can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is a small bathroom and kitchenette. Be aware, the ceiling over these areas is low: approximately 6 ft. The kitchenette includes dinnerware & silverware, a minifridge, microwave, and coffee maker - we provide coffee and creamer. We do not recommend kids under 6 in the lofted beds. You can get a taste of farm life by visiting our chickens, rabbits, and goats, and saying hello to our farm dogs and barn cat. We have two farm dogs and they both love people. Bella lives with our goats and Meeko roams the rest of the property - he's our four-legged welcoming committee! Their job is to keep the farm safe so sometimes they bark to alert us of potential predators at night. if you're a light sleeper, we recommend white noise and we provide earplugs. Meeko sometimes gets excited to meet our guests and sometimes jumps in greeting - we try to make sure he's contained when guests arrive so that doesn't happen, but if he sneaks past us, feel free to put a knee up if tries to hug you. We're a 15 minute drive to both charming towns of Murphy and Andrews. We're only 30 minutes from the Nantahala Outdoor Center and 1 hour to the NC entrance of Smokey Mountain National Park. Guest access The entire guesthouse is yours! You are welcome to peruse the property, say hello to the animals, or dip your toes into the creek. Come see us! Other things to note Cell service in our valley is spotty, but we have WiFi. Your visit is a great opportunity to unplug and reconnect with nature, but WiFi is available if you need it.
