Cozy Colorado Guest House

Welcome to this charming, centrally located guest suite. This is a private space with two bedrooms, a large kitchenette, and a large outdoor area with a fire pit, furniture, and games. Central to: -Olde Town Arvada (~7 min) -Red Rocks/Golden (~20 min) -Boulder (~30 min) -Rocky Mountain National Park (~90 min) -Eldora, Winter Park, Copper Mountain slopes (~45-90 min) -Downtown Denver (~15-20 min) -lots of beautiful hikes and cute towns nearby. The space I live upstairs with my roommate and two dogs, Milo and Henry. You may hear footsteps and playing pups upstairs. There are sound machines in both bedrooms that can be used as white noise if needed. This space has two separate bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, full closet, and a desk that's perfect for working from home. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full closet. There is one bathroom with a full-size shower and vanity. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are available for your use. The kitchenette has a sink, medium-sized fridge, wine cooler, induction burner, and plenty of storage space, along with a table and two chairs. Appliances include a microwave, toaster, pots and pans, hot water kettle, and Keurig. Basic spices, olive oil, coffee, and tea are also available for your use. The living area includes a large sectional, smart TV, and electric fire place. Guest access Easy check-in with keyless, separate entry. The backyard is shared and you are welcome to use the outdoor furniture, propane fire pit, and yard games. Our dogs are friendly and like to hang out in the backyard, but please let me know if you do not want to meet them and we will make sure not to let them out alone. Street parking is free and always available. Uber/Lyft is readily available in the area. ***please note: to get to the Airbnb, you'll have to go down a small sloped grassy hill. There is no handrail or path in the back yard.
