Enjoy world-class skiing and snowboarding next door on HEAVENLY MOUNTAIN. Our “Skier Express” (opened seasonally) takes you right over to Heavenly Mountain and keeps your ski boot walking to a minimum. If skiing or snowboarding isn’t your thing, you might enjoy hiking in Emerald Bay State Park, or boating in Lake Tahoe. The space **THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL TAXES OR FEES ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR RESERVATION** Head into town (just a short ride down the mountain) for casinos and nightlife or relax on a romantic river cruise. Or enjoy all the resort has to offer with mini golf, eight sports courts, TWO HEATED POOLS and 15 HOT TUBS. And after a busy day outdoors, grab a drink and hang out at The Bear Trap Lounge and Bar. Your one bedroom villa has 854 sq. ft. and is located in the Plaza Building. Enjoy a comfy KING sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Flatscreen TV's and a fireplace are provided in the living room along with a queen size SLEEPER SOFA which brings your sleeping arrangements available for up to 4 people. Your villa also includes a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. You’ll have everything you need including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Even dish soap is provided for you. Rooms do not have air conditioning. Your villa has a WAHER/DRYER right in the unit. FOR FUN... Hours: Friday through Monday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Located In the Club House GETTING TO THE RESORT...If you are flying into the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, you can take the South Tahoe Airporter that will drop you off in Lake Tahoe either at Harrah's Casino or the Harvey Casino and then catch an Uber up to the resort. Tickets are around $33 one-way for adults. (prices of course can change). An Uber from the airport would cost around $110. Guest access All of the resort amenities are available to you (some with a fee ie: spa, restaurants, etc.) Other things to note We don't accept 3rd party bookings. Must be 21 years of age to book with us. The villa offers a seamless, cash free experience. They accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Trailers, RVs, and oversized vehicles are not permitted on the property. Smoking is ONLY allowed OUTSIDE on your villa balcony or in designated areas round the resort. Décor may be different than pictured. Changes (adding or removing days) can be accepted at least 5 days prior to check-in and is subject to availability. Each date alteration has $50 fee.
