Unwind and enjoy top views of a public golf course from the balcony and all windows. A great space for enjoying what Northern Kentucky has to offer--close to CVG airport, grocery, restaurants; Idlewild Park with bike trails and dog park, skate park; in-between the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter venues. There's baseball at local Y'Allers stadium, and pickle ball courts being added to courts all around. There's also Perfect North Slopes for sledding and skiing. The space This is an apartment style condo located on the top floor with great views of the 15th tee box of Boone Links Golf Course from the living room/dining area and balcony. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen. There are 2 full bathrooms -- one shower/tub and a shower off the master bedroom. It's fairly spacious and quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Guest access The entire place and everything in it are for your use and enjoyment, all on one floor. Nothing to share but the hallway outside the entry door. There's a staircase to the condo unit door with approximately 14 steps. You will get a little exercise on the stairs getting to the unit. It's good for ya! Other things to note We have HOA bylaws that need to be adhered to but nothing crazy. Only 1 car in the lot and 1 car in the garage are included with the unit. If you have a 3rd or more car(s), or want to park all cars in the lot, there is and extra $50 fee per additional car in the lot. Just let me know what you have and we can work it out It's a fee that has to be paid directly to the HOA. There's a dumpster at the front of the lot where you can take trash. It's picked up twice a week. You can't leave trash out on the balcony or staircase. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. We've yet to have a complaint and I'm on the Board so would know! We are only 15 minutes from CVG so you will hear planes when outdoors but its hard to get away from all plane noise in the surrounding area and visitors have all said it's quiet in the building.
