Conveniently located near national parks, the Indiana Dunes, Lake Michigan, a variety of museums, and just a short drive to Chicago, this space offers both comfort and adventure. The apartment is located at the rear of a single-family home with its own private entrance. It is a completely separate and fully private space—perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or simply getting away. With a lovely view of the backyard, guests are welcome to enjoy the backyard and private patio. For your safety we kindly ask that children be supervised while playing outdoors as other guests may be occupying that same space. For your convenience, we provide all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dish soap, and more Guest access The apartment is located at the rear of the home with its own private entrance, and parking is just steps away for your convenience. Guests have access to the spacious backyard, also only a few steps from the entrance. Because the yard is shared with other guests, our family, including our dog, and children, we kindly ask that dogs remain leashed when outside. You’re welcome to use the lawn and picnic furniture to relax and enjoy the outdoor space including your own private patio. Other things to note This apartment is designed across two levels. The main level features the living room, fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom (with shower but no tub) and a walk out to the private patio. The lower level, accessed by seven stairs, includes the Queen bedroom, a very small twin size bedroom, office area, lounge area in a common space with a twin size daybed and laundry room. The bedrooms have curtains at the door for privacy. For your convenience, baby gates, a make up mirror, fan and extra space heater are all provided, and an ironing board is available upon request at the time of booking. The microwave is located inside the pantry. Please note that the shower has a step to enter.
