Despite its compact size, the apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, no children allowed. the apartment is designed with smart space-saving solutions to make the most of every square foot. Fully Equipped Kitchenette: The small kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare simple meals, including 2 glass electric burner, mini-fridge, and basic cookware and utensils. The bathroom is stylish and compact, featuring a shower, fresh towels, and essential toiletries for your convenience. Step outside to enjoy a small private little terrace , perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine. Or in the deck area facing the ocean enjoying the caribbean sunset. Smoking Policy This is a 100% non-smoking property — both indoors and outdoors. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all common areas, including the garden. The only designated smoking area is outside near the front desk/parking area. Thank you for respecting our smoke-free environment. Guest access As part of our guests you will have access to shared amenities such as the pool, garden, restaurant, gym and lounging areas, allowing you to enjoy the tropical setting. Other things to note Quiet Hours Please respect the neighbors and maintain quiet from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You may smoke outside in designated areas, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Security and Safety: -Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. -Be mindful of your personal belongings; we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Important Information about Pool and Jacuzzi Usage: • Both the pool and jacuzzi are filled with ocean saltwater. • There are no lifeguards on duty; swimming is at your own risk. • Please note that the pool is an infinity pool located right at the edge of the reefs, so please be cautious. • Be mindful of water and electricity usage as the area may have occasional shortages. Occasional power outages may occur due to the local infrastructure. To ensure your comfort, Arrecife is equipped with a backup generator that runs daily if need it , during the following hours: • 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. • 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Cleaning and Maintenance • Trash should be disposed of in the designated bins outside parking area. • If anything is damaged or requires repair, notify us immediately to avoid additional charges. Respect for Nature • The property is surrounded by natural beauty. Please do not litter and treat the surroundings with care. Liability The owners or the community are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. We hope you have an amazing time at Arrecife!
