Welcome to Aaron’s Retro Ranch, a centrally located gem in Toledo, OH. This California ranch style house offers a mid-century modern (MCM) vibe with modern comforts. Located in a quiet Westgate neighborhood, within close reach to Toledos best shops, restaurants, and parks. A 5 minute drive can get you downtown, University of Toledo campus, Wildwood Metropark, art museum, botanical gardens, Franklin Park Mall, and much more. The space Being a ranch-style house, everything is conveniently located on one level. Entering the front door you will see the living with an open concept to the dining area which has a large open window looking into the private backyard. The living room tv is equipped with an HD arial antenna for free local television, a retro game emulator, a dvd player, and Roku. Additionally, there is a selection of dvds, books, and board or card games throughout the house for your enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and everything you need to make a home cooked meal. There is a complimentary coffee & tea station, a Ninja blender, toaster, and all the common appliances. The house is decorated with mid-century modern vibes in mind, but each room has a bit of it's own personality. There are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a twin bed. All have their own closets and dresser spaces. There are tvs in one of the queen bed rooms and in the twin room. The twin room also has a desk as a designated work area along with another retro arcade console hooked up to the tv for those who enjoy some of the classic games. There is a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub stocked with towels and wash cloths. The washer, dryer, and half bath are off the side of the kitchen. The fully fenced private backyard has lawn chairs and a chimenea so you can have a fire and relax at the end of your day. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house to the house and yard.
