Old farm surrounded by nature

This old farm composed of several buildings, located in the villages of the Vovè region, is ideal for a large family wishing to enjoy a little nature outside the city and a good meal under the trees, or a group of friends wanting to enjoy a card game around the fire and a good aperitif! The farm is spacious, peaceful and friendly; it is surrounded by large green spaces (2000 m2). It is period and therefore typical, but has been mostly (bathrooms and kitchen) renovated. It consists of a main building and two other secondary buildings that encircle a gravel courtyard. Around the farm, there is an access road with the possibility of parking and fields, all on an area of about 200 m2. 1) Main farmhouse: equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, NO washing machine), American kitchen with bar open to the dining room (large table 10/12 people), also overlooking the garden at the back where you will have the evening sun. Friendly living room with two sofas and fireplace. Upstairs: open mezzanine with 2 beds (2 single beds attached). The mezzanine is not separated from other spaces (direct view of the living room). This mezzanine gives access to a very large room called "the dormitory" with 2 double beds, 4 single beds and a bathroom (toilet, sink, small shower). 2) As an extension of the main farmhouse but independent of it: the main building is also equipped, by unique external access from the central courtyard, on the one hand with a bathroom (toilet, sinks, Italian shower) and on the other hand, accessible by its own entrance to a bedroom (double bed with clean bathroom: toilet, sink, bathtub). 3) A second building, opposite the main one by the central courtyard, consists of a bedroom (double bed) with bathroom (toilet, sink, shower), but currently without hot water. 4) In a third building, there is a large "barn" called "games room" with multiple outdoor equipment and games: barbecue, table and chairs, sun loungers, badminton set, ping pong table, molki etc. Parking is available in front of the house for 2-3 cars, but overflowing onto the road. You can also park a car in the gravel courtyard. Due to the low traffic and the tranquility of the area, it is possible for young children to rollerblade, bike or scooter in front of the house. Beautiful walks in the surroundings and in the woods are also possible. As the house does not have a washing machine, you will be asked to bring your own bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover) as well as towels and tea towels. Around this old farm in several buildings there are several fields on either side of the building, as well as the courtyard, which allow you to eat, nap, play ball... Upon arrival, you will need to open the general water tap in a cellar and close it when you leave, as well as turn on a circuit breaker and lower it when you leave. You will have specific instructions. READ CAREFULLY: upon departure you will have to take all your garbage bags, rubbish and glass bottles because the garbage truck only very rarely passes here. The upside is that you are surrounded by nature with wide open spaces and it is very friendly.
