The space What to Expect from Your Stay Step through the keyless entry and into the grand open-concept main floor. The cozy living room is adorned with modern furniture, a gas fireplace, and a TV for relaxation. Enjoy meals at the oversized dining table that seats 8, perfect for small gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen features an expansive island and top-of-the-line appliances, including a 6-burner gas range, a secondary wall oven, a microwave, and a quiet dishwasher. The back door leads to a spacious outdoor patio with a propane BBQ. On the main floor, you'll find a convenient powder room and a stylish bar cart. There are 16 stairs leading up to all three bedrooms, a second full bathroom, and a laundry room. The master bedroom boasts a king-size memory foam bed, a TV, and a spa-like en suite with heated floors and a luxurious bathtub/shower combo. The middle bedroom features two luxury twin memory foam beds and a TV, while the end bedroom offers a heavenly queen-size spring mattress bed. Throughout the home, you'll enjoy modern furniture and decor, central A/C and heat, and an array of luxurious amenities designed for your comfort. Guest access This home is the main and top level of a duplex unit. You get access to the whole main floor with private, access to private back deck, and parking in front of home. Please note, the lower back patio, backyard, and detached garage are not part of the listing. They are reserved for the tenants in the lower floor unit. Stephanie and Ryan (owners) occasionally occupy the basement floor ADU and have a private entrance on side of home and from back yard. There is a basement stairway door which is locked permanently. There is a sound proofing outside the door to minimize sound, but you may hear the them occasionally. This works well when all guests respect quiet time hours from 10 pm - 7 am. Rest assured, there are no shared spaces. Other things to note Guests can park for free in front of house on gravel. If guests have multiple cars, we recommend backing in rather than parallel parking for more utilization. Additional parking available just south of home next to public park. Garbage and Recycle bins are located on left side of home and can be accessed from the front of the home. Pick up is every other Monday which we will handle for your convenience!
