Woodside - Sustainable Stays in Nature Relax in our luxurious, eco-conscious annexe, built in 2022. Set in 4 acres of land, up to 5 guests can get away from it all, whilst being close enough to walk to the pub, climb mountains, mountain bike, explore castles or discover cities. Completely self-contained, you should find everything you need for your self-catering stay. Cosy up by the wood-burning stove, or enjoy a drink outside on your private balcony, admiring the stunning views. ST00001F The space Entrance: Park right outside the front door on our driveway, then use the lock box to access the shared Boot Room door to find your private annexe entrance. Annexe: The upstairs accommodation has engineered oak flooring with underfloor heating and hot water via an Air Source Heat Pump. The curtains are made from Wool, a sustainable and cosy material and sheets and towels are from Organic Cotton or Eco ranges. Living/Dining/Kitchen: This open plan area has everything you might need from a well equipped kitchen, including hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washer-dryer. The dining area has an extendable table and chairs with adjustable light overhead. The living room benefits from a log burning stove with Smart TV, sofa bed, armchair with reading lamp and footstool. A low storgage unit contains books and games to keep everyone amused. Master Bedroom: This double room has a dual aspect so is light and airy. The velux has a blackout blind and the window has lined, wool curtains. There are bedside tables, adjustable reading lights and charging sockets each side of the bed. The wardrobe provides shelving as well as plenty of hanging space with hangers provided. A vanity table and stool has it's own mirror, beside a full length mirror and armchair. Bunk Room: This room has 2 offset single beds, custom made for us, with shelves and hanging space underneath one. Each bed has an adjustable reading light and the velux has a blackout blind. Bathroom: The tiled room has a full size bath, with shower over and glass shower screen, a WC, sink with vanity unit storage underneath and a heated mirror with lights. The huge velux has a privacy blind. An electric towel rail and door hooks complete the room. Balcony: The roof top balcony has views to the North, South and West and a glass balustrade. An outdoor table with chairs is also provided. Child friendly: Stair gate, fire guard, high chair, children's cutlery and crockey, a travel cot and a wide range of age appropriate games and books can be provided. Guest access Your annexe is private with a lockable front door access and private roof-top balcony. Access from the main entrance driveway is through a shared Boot Room. A lock box gives access to keys required for both.
