The suites have air conditioning, and they are not charged in the contract but are linked to energy consumption, which, depending on the use, exceeds the bonus and must be settled separately. This practice is adopted to reduce rental costs. As the house's energy and resources work from motors and this relationship changes depending on the number of people and items used, this registration is necessary. The House has 3 suites that are released based on the number of people, where a total of 6 people (2 families) are entitled to two suites, and from 8 people, the third is released, which is external and independent.
