Maximum of 03 Adults allowed. Guest access The entire Flat is for the Guests. Keys shall be handed over by the Caretaker during Check IN & same is expected to be handed over to the caretaker while Checking OUT. In case, caretaker is unavailable during check in for unforseen reasons, keys to the property can be directly accessed from the lockbox affixed on the main door of the property. Guest's may also drop the keys in the same lockbox during check out. ** Passcode to be shared during check in. Other things to note * This property is strictly family orientated space & we generally refrain from entertaining requests from Bachelor's or Friends in groups. * Unmarried nuclear couples are allowed i.e., a single couple (2 pacs). * Solo Travelers are most welcome. * Guests are requested to access the lockbox for fetching the keys, in case the carateker is unavailable during the time of check in. * Guests are also requested to refrain arriving at property post 10:00 PM during Check IN. * Check OUT during odd timings isn't a problem at all. Guests are requested to drop the keys in the lockbox. * Available timings for housekeeping is 09:00 - 14:30 & the caretaker is expected to clean the house during this time period only. Property shall be cleaned every alternate day once the guests have checked in the property. * We don't provide cooking assistance as of now. * IMPORTANT - Guests are requested to clean their own dishes, utensils, crockeries etc. used during the stay.
