Other things to note Important Information for Your Stay: ID Requirement: Please send copies of government-issued IDs for all staying guests to prepare the authorization letter. Towels and Linens: Provided based on the number of guests declared. Linens, towels, and toiletries are set up once at the beginning of your stay. Additional 650 per head per night in excess of 6 guests - this is for additional sheets,blankets , toiletries & towels. Cleaning Services: We do not offer cleaning during your stay to ensure your privacy and for security reasons. Swimming Pools: Closed for maintenance every Thursday. Ensure you park in the designated spot to avoid a PHP 5,000 penalty. No Smoking: Strictly prohibited on the balcony and throughout the building (including amenities, hallways, and elevators). A PHP 3,000 penalty willl apply for violations. Littering: Please avoid littering around the building premises. A PHP 3,000 penalty will be imposed for violations. other things to note [Shortening of nights and rescheduling] Within 48 hours of booking and more than 1 week before check-in Acceptable.We will refund the difference due to shortening and rescheduling.
