Conveniently located less than 20 mins to the city by car and only 18 mins by train to Fortitude valley. Plenty of cafes, shops within walking distance. Train station about a 5 -10 min easy walk. 25 min drive from Brisbane domestic & international airport. Check out the ‘guidebook’ within the app to explore some great cafe/restaurant options. The space 3 bedroom - 1 bathroom house. Two main bedrooms have air conditioning and the 3rd smaller bedroom has a ceiling fan. Guest access Underneath house is off limits for guests and remains locked as a storage area. Other things to note Nil clothes washer at property. However 24 hour laundromat located just a short 4 min drive away. Air conditioners are not to be set less than 20 degrees as they will not function properly. Please also note that whilst young children and toddlers are welcome to stay at the property guests should supervise at all times. The house is not “ toddler proof” . Household cleaning items are within easy reach in bathroom/kitchen. There are two sets of stairs at the property. Young children should be supervised at all times. If your stay extends over a Sunday night we would greatly appreciate the Wheelie bins be placed curb side for collection Monday morning. ***** This is not a party house.
