With capacity for up to 14 guests, our boutique home is the ideal retreat for large groups or families seeking a peaceful seaside escape. Twelve guests can sleep comfortably in cozy beds, while two more can rest on a sofa bed in the living room. We also offer parking space for up to 3 vehicles: 2 in front of the house and 1 in the general parking area. Located just 1.3 km from Juan Gaviota, in an exclusive reserve with breathtaking landscapes, idyllic beaches, and unforgettable sunsets, this property perfectly combines natural beauty with modern comforts. Our two-story boutique home welcomes you with three spacious bedrooms on the second floor, two of them offering beautiful views of the pool. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a TV with Netflix. The secondary bedrooms feature queen beds and bunk beds, all with A/C and a shared bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: from dishes and cutlery to pots and pans. Cook your favorite meals and enjoy them indoors or in the outdoor barbecue area, which includes a dining table for 8 guests! Guests will have access to the entire house, and in the social area, you will find a restaurant open Monday through Sunday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. You can also enjoy the incredible pool with ocean views. And best of all, direct access to the beach from the complex's main street. During the winter season, it is common for sugarcane bagasse and other natural debris to accumulate on the shoreline due to the proximity to the mouth of the Achiguate River. Our team cleans the beach every morning to keep it in the best possible condition for our guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Any modification in dates or cancellation can be made up to 5 days before the check in date. - On the road that leads to the accommodation you will find a stretch of dirt road, which in winter can be a bit complicated. However, it is completely passable and there is no problem for any vehicle. - The cleaning fee that is paid in the reservation corresponds to the cleaning before and after your reservation. - Any request for early check in or late check out must be requested through Airbnb.] - Reservations outside of Airbnb are not accepted. - Any modification request or requirement must be made with your host through Airbnb. - Upon check-in you will be given 1 speaker which is the only one authorized for use in the property. The use of another horn is not permitted due to issues of coexistence with neighboring villas. - Remember to bring your charcoal if you will use the steakhouse. - If you need firewood for the campfire, let me know on Airbnb. (There's no campfire site, but you can go to the beach to build one.) - You can modify entry and exit times for an additional cost depending on the day and if we have availability.
