Villa with jacuzzi, heated pool, not overlooked

Villa Coco is about 20 minutes from downtown Marrakech and Jemaa el Fna Square. Guests can take advantage of the 30-degree heated pool (30-day supplement) and outdoor jacuzzi, all without being overlooked. The Villa has three suites and three bathrooms. To fully enjoy your stay, we have provided you with a trampoline and a ping pong table. The space The villa is located in a quiet and family residence, secured with a guard. The subdivision is about 20 minutes from downtown. The villa consists of: - 3 suites - 3 bathrooms - A large living room - A fully equipped open kitchen - A heated swimming pool without overlooking neighbors - A garden with outdoor games (trampoline, ping pong...) - Barbecue (charcoal at your expense) - A private parking space Wi-Fi and IPTV are available in the villa. You have the option to hire a cook for the day (price on request), groceries are at your expense. The accommodation is 30-35 minutes by car from the airport (about 18 km), Guest access The reception of outsiders not included in the reservation is not allowed in the villa. Guest access Guests can fully enjoy the heated pool (unheated pool during the summer period), the garden and the various facilities at your disposal (soccer, trampoline). Other things to note We only accept married couples. Smoking and partying in the villa is strictly prohibited. - No bringing local girls to the property. (In case of non-compliance with the rules, a call to the Royal Gendarmerie is made, who will evict the residents, and a judicial conviction will be applied according to Moroccan law) - The reception of outsiders not included in the reservation is not allowed in the apartment.
