WALK TO YARTS - The Prospector at Southgate

ON THE WAY TO YOSEMITE. We are just steps from the Yosemite bus stop (YARTS), the Coarsegold Historic Village, three locally owned restaurants, and Zander’s coffee. New! The Mountain Oaks Cafe and bar just opened 150 ft from our door. We are the the only stay RIGHT in historic Coarsegold. The Prospector was built for travelers who wish to enjoy a local feel. The hillside setting provides a mountain camping vibe but with amenities like a Tesla/EV charger, Bluetooth speakers and a hillside spa. The space The Prospector has two spacious rooms with queen beds in each. Each of these rooms has a loft with a fun, camp style mattress and sleeping bags (washed and ready for every stay). Guest access The entry code will be sent before your arrival. Other things to note We are situated right off Highway 41, within walking distance of a market, sandwich shop, pizza place, two restaurants, coffee shop, produce stand, the bus stop to Yosemite (YARTS) and historic little Coarsegold village.
