OLD A-Frame cabin ❌GROUND FLOOR ONLY- NO LOFT❌ 1 bedrooms (queen size bed), mini kitchen ,dining table, washer and dryer, 1 bath room, Wifi, Tv, microwave, mini refrigerator, window heat and air conditioning for bedroom. Mini split AC for living room 🅿️ Private entrance and parking lots. 📍The cabin located just around 2.1 miles/ 6 minutes from Holly-Gray Park, 4 miles/ 8 minutes from Sutton Lake Marine, 2.1 miles/ 6minutes from Walmart. Simple cabin and centrally-located place The space A-frame builded next to another cabin, please take a look at my listing pictures for more detail. Guest access ❌GROUND FLOOR ONLY- NO LOFT❌ Guests can access entire ground floor The place has spiral staircase go up to the loft. Please don’t use the loft. It is clean, I use it for the A-Frame supplies storage only. We don’t offer the loft. Other things to note 🚭🚭 NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside of the cabin, please🙏🙏🙏 🔴💨Because this is an Old A-Frame, remodel inside, I try my best to keep it clean. I have Shark Air Purifier to keep the air clean. But please consider if you have any airborne allergies 💨🔴 ❌GROUND FLOOR ONLY- NO LOFT❌ No pets please If you need to use sofa bed as a second bed, please let me know to prepare No parties or events We share the same yard. I have dogs, huskies and German shepherd. Big but friendly, all in their own kennel. They DON’T bite. I let them out 2 times a day, They won’t come to your area but let you know just incase they sneak out to see you. When you park your car, my husky in her own kennel will bark at you.Please don’t try to pet her if I am not there.
