Chalé Bella Vista - Lavras M.G. (near UFLA)

Sítio Bella Vista is a hilltop retreat with a beautiful panoramic view that encompasses the city, airport and Serrinha that frames this entire landscape. Our neighbors are UFLA and two rural properties. We have two accesses, one inside UFLA, whose route has 800 meters of dirt road. And another all paved, along the contour road of Lavras (MG 335T). We have Wi-Fi radio. Pets are welcome - see special conditions. The space The house was built as a home, for those who seek tranquility, and like contact with nature. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and charming, with screens on all exterior doors and windows, a fireplace in the living room, and reverse air-conditioning in both en-suites, plus Wi-Fi in much of the property. The Sítio garden has a lake full of beautiful and gentle carp, an orchard, a small herb garden, a lavender field and a coffee labyrinth. Our site presents the comforts of modern times, referring to the rural lifestyle, where greenery and silence prevail. Our site has an area of 4 hectares, and the place we offer lodging is on a plot of 3,000 m² surrounded by a screen. The main area has 3 independent apartments: the owners', D.'s Nilce (João's mother) and the one for guests (totally private). Safety The site has electronic gates with cameras. The house's land is all surrounded by a large fence. At one of the entrances to the property is the kennel with our guard dogs (the dogs are released at night for vigilance; the time they are released is previously agreed with the guests). Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire house for rent. Access to the garden and the entire outdoor area of the site is shared with the owners and the employees who work there during the day. Other things to note People who are not guests are not allowed inside. If you want to receive someone during your stay, it is essential that you notify us in advance and a charge is made for “day use” (R$ 60 per person/day).
