Quiet & clean room in Beaumont S/Oise (95)

In my small townhouse, I share a bedroom with a bed for 2 people. This bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Located in the heart of the city center with all amenities, my accommodation is also close to two train stations: Persan & Nointel, 10 minutes' walk away (1 hour from CDG). I also have an inner courtyard. Depending on my availability, breakfast can also be provided upon request (to be paid in addition to the room price). I look forward to welcoming you. The space My townhouse is composed of 3 levels (ground floor + 1st & 2nd floors) and the bedroom is located on the 2nd floor (30 steps in total). Guest access Bathroom and toilet (bath/hand towels & gloves provided) During your stay I can always be reached by my guests on my mobile :-) Other things to note i have two cats, so if you are allergic, you have to take this into account (cats do not go up to your floor for information). I just replaced the single bed with a double bed purchased in early July 2026. The bed and bed linen are brand new.
