Come and discover our beautiful region in this superb 115 m² quadruplex, completely renovated and equipped with a 6-seater jacuzzi. Nestled in the heart of the Bruche Valley, this modern apartment is 40 minutes from Strasbourg, 30 minutes from Obernai and 1 hour from Colmar. Enjoy the region's iconic sights and explore the many nearby hiking trails for a total immersion in Alsatian nature. The space Modern and warm apartment, fully equipped and refurbished so you can have a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends. You will find all the comforts you need to feel right at home. On the first floor you will discover a large, friendly living room with a wood-burning stove and a kitchen open to the living room and giving access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook: oven, microwave, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, raclette & crêpe party machine and a dishwasher. You will also find kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil, balsamic vinegar) as well as coffee pods, tea and sugar. On the ground floor you will find a garage area where you can safely store your bikes as well as a specially designed and soundproofed room, dedicated to the Jacuzzi. It also includes a bathroom with separate toilet and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine. On the second floor, two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a single bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet complete this floor. The top floor offers a bedroom with three single beds and a unique relaxation area with a hanging net for reading or relaxation. Linens and toiletries are provided. Note: Accommodation not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Guest access The entire place is at your disposal. You'll receive all the necessary details regarding check-in the day before your stay. In addition, two parking spaces are available along the building's walkway.
