This cosy little Fisherman's cottage is in one of the best locations in the old town of Padstow, only 50 yards away from Rick Stein's signature Seafood restaurant and a minute walk from all the other shops, restaurants and bars. Walk to Tregirls 10 mins away (dog friendly beach), or get the ferry to Rock for incredible walks, or just cycle the Camel Trail at your leisure.This property has 2 bedrooms but it is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. 1 small dog welcome. The space Ossmill Cottage is an ex fisherman's cottage situated in one of the best locations in ‘ Old Town’ Padstow. Everything is within easy walking distance including the harbour, restaurants, shops and all the pubs as well as the Harbour car park just 50 yards away. Situated on a quiet lane so loading and unloading is easy. It has been recently refurbished, and has been equipped with everything you will need for a great holiday, including a double range master oven, Tefal air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, travel cot and high chair for the little one (as required) and lots more. WiFi 🛜 is strong and you have access to all media platforms on the TV including Sky, Prime, Netflix. We allow one small well behaved dog as the space is limited and of course there is no garden so you have to put them out for their wees! We will leave tea, coffee, dishwasher tabs and basic cleaning materials. Lounge Comfortable lounge with a feature slate wall, beamed ceiling, original slate flooring and window shutters. Sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and a small table that can be opened up to seat 4. Wall mounted Smart Samsung TV with netflix, Prime, Now TV (sky sports) etc. . Kitchen Range master double oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, Villeroy and Bosch sink and original slate flooring. All necessary plates/cutlery/utensils etc. Slimline Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bedroom 1 Double bed with small wardrobe space. Slate wall, window seat and shutters with wall mounted TV. Bedroom 2 Two single beds with wall mounted TV Shutters Vanity table Please note both bedrooms are upstairs but the bathroom is downstairs and off the kitchen. Linen Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress protectors are provided. Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and a selection of towels are also included in the tariff. Bathroom/Shower Room Accessed through the kitchen, features a newly refurbished wet room with basin, toilet, heated towel rail. The heating will be set at a comfortable temperature. If you would like it changed please just contact me at any time during your stay as we change the settings on our phone app. There is a fire extinguisher (under the stairs) and fire blanket (under the kitchen sink). Car Parking Car parking is not provided. But there is the Harbour Car Park only 50 yards away or free parking available on residential roads nearby. Summary Ossmill Cottage is an ideal place to stay for 2 adults (or 2 adults and 2 small children in the twin room), providing easy access to all you would want to see in Padstow and offering a high class accommodation for a reasonable price.
