The space You'll share a beautifully and newly updated ranch that boasts a new kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and huge granite island. The full bath was remodeled and features a gorgeous tile shower, with tub. Washer / dryer in basement, central air conditioning, new furnace, new windows. Large level and serene backyard for ultimate relaxation. The perfect home for rest and amazing sleep. Private and safe. Fantastic walking neighborhood as well. Your room is located straight at end of hallway. During your stay Message me any time you need something. We live a few towns over and can accommodate. Our number one goal is that you are satisfied ... getting the rest and comfort you need after a hard-days work. Other things to note - The house is designed and priced for longer-term stays. Shared areas will be cleaned every ~10 days. - You will share the shared spaces in the entire house with guest(s) (maximum 2 others at any one time), cleaners, and owners (occasionally for maintenance). - Long term guests (>30 days), please note: Unlike with traditional short term rentals, cleaning your room, sheets, and towels are the responsibility of the guest. While we do provide bedding, washing your sheets (bottom, top, and pillow cases) at least once every 3 weeks is encouraged - to ensure cleanliness and protect life of sheets (thanks!). Free washer and dryer are available in the basement. - You will be provided 2 towels when you check in. Use those 2 towels during your stay and wash accordingly. Leave the 2 towels in your room when checking out. - Note that if the provided sheets and/or bedding is permanently damaged or stained, there will be a $30 replacement charge.
