It features access through a grand lobby and wide staircase, offering a refined combination of historic elegance and modern upgrades. Other things to note Important Information Before Booking 1. Guest Count & Pricing The base price includes only 1 guest. An extra charge applies for the second guest. Please make sure to enter the correct number of guests before booking. 2. Cleaning Policy The cleaning fee covers final cleaning after check-out. If you need cleaning during your stay, we can provide it for an additional fee. Basic cleaning supplies are available in the apartment for your daily use. 3. Parking Free parking is available just a 3-minute walk away, behind the church. 4. Kitchen Use The apartment includes a private kitchen with basic cooking equipment and utensils. You’re welcome to cook during your stay. 5. House Rules No smoking inside the apartment — a €500 fine will be charged for violations. No parties or pets are allowed. Please help us maintain a peaceful environment. 6.
