This is a single-family villa with two floors. The room is on the second floor. Please walk quietly after 10:00pm and before 7:00am to avoid disturbing the guests downstairs (American houses are not soundproof). There is a queen bed and a sofa bed in the room. This home has a spacious parking space, a large shared space, kitchen, living room, multiple bathrooms, multiple dining areas, tiled floors, wooden floors. Furniture, appliances, household items include: microwave, oven, coffee machine, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, various simple tableware, shampoo, body wash... Please keep quiet during your stay and do not make loud noises. If you make loud noises or play loud music, your booking will be canceled and no refund will be given if we receive a complaint. 2. No smoking, marijuana, or drunkenness inside the room. If found, a cleaning fee will be charged. If you do not listen to the advice, your reservation will be canceled early. We do not allow people other than our guests to enter the house. 3. Please keep the bedding and bath towels clean and tidy. If they cannot be cleaned (such as food oil and chemical staining), we will need compensation. $65 per set of bed linen, $10 per bath towel 4. Check-out time is 11am, check-in time is 2pm. In case of late check-out, we will charge $20/hour and cannot exceed 1:00pm, otherwise we will charge $50 for inconvenience to cleaning and next guest 5. Please clean up your used items (bowls, dishes, pots and hair, footprints...) after using the kitchen, bathroom and other common areas before leaving 6.
