Kitnet super well located in downtown Porto Belo

We have a 12-square-meter KITNET, all combined, complete and cozy in the center of Porto Belo, 500 meters from the beach in an easy walk without hills! We wake up every day to birds singing in a safe and quiet location with lots of plants, as we appreciate nature. The space Our KITNET is 12 square meters, located in a condominium of family space and other rental houses (very quiet), parking on public roads monitored by camera, quiet and safe place. The kitnet accommodates 2 people and has: 1 TV with fire tv sticks with Amazon Video, Netflix and other apps, 1 internet router, 1 fan, 1 private bathroom, kitchen and double bed in the same space, washing machine (shared laundry) we have some kitchen utensils, oven, stove, refrigerator, pillows and sheets. It's a small and cozy kitnet. Family atmosphere. Guest access Common use access through the side gate of the property, the outside of the house and the laundry room are free access for all our guests. Other things to note The beach and shopping are about 500 meters away: banks, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, boat trips (departure point for the tour on Porto Belo Island and other beaches) and shops in the city center. We are also located 2 kilometers from the historic church and Porto dos Piratas (the place where the schooners depart for the tour of Porto Belo Island and other beaches). Porto Belo also has the beaches of: Perequê, Praia das Vieiras, Araçá, Caixa d'Aço (with floating bars), Estaleiro and Praia da Enseada, where water sports are practiced (Sailing, Windsurfing, Kayaking, Stand Up Paddle and Jet Ski) and several trails for trekking (including on the Island).
