Beautiful Gower Off Grid Cabin

Cosy off grid Gower Cabin sleeps up to 5 in 2 bedrooms, perfect rural retreat for families or couples! With 360 views of this area of outstanding natural beauty, the cabin is a short drive or cycle to some of the most beautiful beaches in the U.K. including Three Cliffs, Oxwich, Langland, Caswell and Rhossili; which was named one of the top ten beaches in the world. The cabin has a decked area with outdoor seating and log burner and electric bikes are available to hire for guests on request. The space The holiday home is surrounded by a large decked area and a chiminea for all year round evening relaxing. Inside there is an open plan lounge with large sofa, cushions, chairs, wood-burning stove (and free logs) and kitchen with fridge, cooker and breakfast bar seating. Cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans and tea / coffee and condiments are supplied. The master bedroom is a family triple, with a double and single bed and french doors that open out onto the decking area. This room has a hanging rail and wicker storage box drawers. Bedroom 2 is a small room with a set of single bunk beds and hanging space for clothes and wicker storage box drawers. The small bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and sink. We are trying to be as self-sufficient as possible so the whole site is powered by a solar array and off-grid energy storage system, with back-up generator if required at any time during winter months. Logs harvested onsite are available for the indoor wood burning stove and outdoor chiminea and we plant trees to replenish and minimize our carbon footprint. In addition there is LPG gas central heating available throughout the cabin and this also feeds the LPG gas cooker. There is a mains drinking water supply to the farm. The holiday home is surrounded by a beautiful, rural and secluded space. However, it is situated at the gateway to our farm and so expect an occasional passing car (and tractor!) in daylight hours, but you will also have lots of peace and quiet, and beautiful views! Other things to note Pets are welcome, however there is an additional cleaning charge which will be automatically added when you add your pets to the search criteria. It is essential that you do this in order for us to accommodate your pets!
