Located in a quiet environment, this accommodation is perfect for relaxing while enjoying a spacious and secure pool. Important accuracy: The accommodation is rented by the week in summer, in July/August: from Saturday to Saturday only. About the apartment: • Capacity: Perfect for 1-4 people • BD: 1 comfortable bedroom, with 2 bedside tables and a dresser • BA: BA with shower and plenty of storage • Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen to prepare your meals • Living room: Very comfortable sofa bed, 160 cm wide, can be unfolded quickly and effortlessly Outside: • Swimming pool: Enjoy a swimming pool to cool off on sunny days. Swimming pool secured by a fence and a lock adapted to prevent opening by young children (open June/July/August from 9 am to 8 pm). Depending on the dates, the swimming pool may be shared with the owners • Terrace: Shaded outdoor space for al fresco dining, relaxing or playing a game of table tennis Location: Located 5 km from the center of the village, our apartment is close to hiking trails and outdoor activities. You can explore the natural beauty of the area while being only 20 minutes from the gates of Toulouse. Shops, bakeries, Intermarché store, restaurant, pizzeria, gas station, pharmacy, and more in the village. Welcome: On the day of your arrival, this little retreat will welcome you between 2 pm and 8 pm (please let us know your approximate arrival time) You will check in independently using a procedure that I will send you before your arrival. We will of course remain available if you have any questions throughout the stay. On the day of your departure, you can leave the accommodation no later than 11:00 a.m. and leave the keys at the entrance to the accommodation. The routes are suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner hiker or an experienced cyclist. • Cycling: The area is perfect for bike rides, with scenic roads winding through the countryside. • Lake Balerme and Lake Laragou (During the summer, the "Chez Jojo et Paulette" open-air café offers refreshments and tapas on the waterfront, adding a friendly touch to your visit) Ideal for fishing, water activities and walks. Cultural Tours: • Toulouse: Nearby, the "pink city" is the perfect destination for a cultural and convivial getaway. Recommendations / notes: The accommodation is located next to our main residence. For the well-being of all, parties and pets are not allowed. Only people who have booked through the site are allowed on the property; no guests are accepted. Thank you for understanding. Smoking: only allowed under the porch at the entrance (ashtray available). The apartment must be returned in a decent condition. The pool is shared with the owners and is open from early June to late August, depending on the weather.
