Welcome to Tenuta Ca Paolo, an authentic Marche farmhouse immersed in a 50-hectare farm. The space Cozy and spacious interiors The house, located entirely on the second floor, offers a large living area with sofa, smart TV (Netflix Included) and access to a panoramic terrace perfect for outdoor dinners. The fully equipped kitchen has a large dining table for convivial moments. The sleeping area includes four elegant, bright and comfortable double suites, served by two bathrooms: one with a bathtub (also usable as a shower) and one with shower. An additional bathroom with shower and laundry is available on the ground floor. A private park for a stay surrounded by nature Surrounded by 50 hectares of greenery, the property guarantees absolute privacy and tranquility. Along the driveway, you'll be greeted by lush vegetation with pine trees, cypress trees, farmhouses, and colorful seasonal blooms. Outside you'll find a large shaded pergola, perfect for relaxing with a book or drink, and a green area designed for the fun of the little ones. Scenic Swimming Pool Located on a raised level compared to the farmhouse, the infinity pool (12x6m, max depth 1.40 m) offers an amazing view of the surrounding hills. Access is facilitated by a small beach, ideal for children. The solarium area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for sunbathing by day and enjoying an evocative atmosphere at night thanks to night lighting. Pool opening: from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Heated Hot Tub, ideal for relaxing and available all year round. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people at a time, giving you the opportunity to fully enjoy your stay.
