Hidden Colonial Oasis | San Antonio, Cali

Casa Escondida ( c. 1925) is located in the heart of Cali in the Barrio San Antonio and is near all the sites, restaurants, bars, shops and artisans. The house has been lovingly restored for the past five years. We live with our cat, Nacho, in a little tropical paradise. The house has a unique 23-meter-corridor entry with three tropical gardens and a terrace. It has lovely decorations with art, and mix of antiques and modern furniture. WE ARE NOT A HOTEL, We are a Home! The space Cali typically has very cool evenings and nights with breezes off the mountains. It typically gets dark around 6:15 or so. Because of this, most of the homes in Barrio San Antonio do not have air conditioning. Our bedroom has a ceiling fan. Also the bedroom has a small outdoor living area. Guests may use the kitchen. The rear patio is used as our breakfast patio--it has a little fountain and a hammock. There is also a terrace to enjoy with an outside shower. The living room is beside the rear patio and is also a nice place to relax. After 3 days accomodation you can use the washing machine 1 time for free. Extra laundry must be paid 5 dollars. 🔴Uso de cocina y terraza desde 7 am hasta las 10 pm. Use of the kitchen and terrace until 10:00 p.m. During your stay We live on the property, so we are available almost all the time. One host likes to cook a good deal, so there is almost always some kind of sweet around to have with an afternoon tea or coffee! Other things to note We do have a cat, but he is not allowed in the guest rooms. The house was declared of cultural interest and historical heritage of the city of Cali.
