We've done meticulous work to rescue the essence of that time and combine it with today's comforts, maintaining the harmony of organic details. Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. The space The space at Colivingranada is designed to encourage interaction and encounters between our guests. Upon entering, you will be welcomed into our charming central courtyard, which serves as the heart of the house. Here you'll find a cozy social area, ideal for sharing moments and connecting with other travelers. On each side of the courtyard, you'll find co-working areas equipped with comfortable tables and chairs, perfect for working or studying quietly and productively. In the central courtyard, we've also created a space for leisure and creativity. Enjoy board games with friends or immerse yourself in a good book in our reading corner. In addition, for art lovers, we offer a box with paints, brushes, and other items so you can let your creativity run wild and paint your own masterpieces. In short, at Colivingranada, our central courtyard is much more than just an outdoor space: it's a place for meeting, working, having fun, and being creative where our guests can feel at home. Guest access In our second courtyard, covered to offer you comfort in any weather, you will find a space designed for coexistence and relaxation. Here, in addition to a social and welcoming atmosphere, you will have access to all the necessary amenities to make the most of your stay. In the center of the patio, you'll find our fully-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your favorite meals while enjoying the view of our beautiful mango tree and the lush tropical garden that surrounds it. A bar against the patio offers a lovely space to enjoy your outdoor food. For your convenience, we have also installed two bathrooms and the laundry area in this space, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips. The various dining tables invite you to share delicious meals with your fellow travelers, while the large open space gives you the opportunity to exercise or practice yoga in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. And for those who enjoy crafts, we've gathered leftover wood from the construction and paints so you can let your creativity run wild and create your own 'dream houses'. These are interpretations of iconic places from our dreams, where you can represent your own vision of a magical and charming place. Other things to note Our architecture is based on respect for the old house, materials, and sustainability. We use recycled materials to give them a second life and create a pleasant, homely environment. The shower floors are in river stone, and are on the local soil, providing a pleasant connection with the earth's polarity, especially when we are showering.
