Parking is available for permit holders only, and we provide a permit for up to two vehicles per stay. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself to make you feel at home. Other things to note 🚗 Parking: A digital parking permit is provided for up to 2 vehicles, allowing street parking outside the property. Vehicle registration numbers must be provided prior to arrival to activate the permit. 👶 Family-Friendly: Ideal for families with infants. Please notify us in advance for a travel cot, baby bath and a high chair. ♿ Accessibility: The apartment is located on the 1st floor, with one flight of stairs leading to the entrance. Unfortunately, there is no lift or step-free access. 🚫 No Parties/Events: Parties and celebrations are not permitted, as the apartment is located in a residential area and we respect the peace and quiet of our neighbours. 💳 £300 deposit hold is required. You’ll receive a secure payment link after your booking is made. The hold will be released within 7 days after checkout. ✅ 🪪 Guests will be asked to agree to house rules and pass ID verification to confirm bookings. Before your stay, you will be asked to complete a quick identity verification and lodge a refundable deposit in order to receive your check-in details.
