The space In addtiom to the property's proximitty to Sheppard AFB, it is just 12 minutes from Walmart, 9 minutes from United Supermarket, 16 minutes from MPEC, 15 minutes from United Regional, 20 minutes from MSU, and just 11 minutes from Kiowa Casino. The house has a large master bedroom with a king size bed with a comfortable mattress. Two additional rooms with queen size beds. A full bathroom with an ample shower featuring two shower heads. It has a cozy living room area with a smart TV and an adjacent work area. A spacious dining room and fully stocked modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, etc. And a dedicated laundry area. WiFi available and very important in Texas a brand new A/C and heating unit. It also features a covered front carpot for parking. Guest access The whole house is available for your enjoyment. Self check in is available. A new code is assigned to each new guest. On the day of your arrival, you will receive the lockbox code and check in instructions between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Other things to note PARKING: Parking area is shared with AIRBNB next door. Two parking spaces are assigned under the covered carport. Plenty of additional paking available. CLEANING PROCEDURE: Upon departure of previous guests the house is sprayed with Lysol Disinfectant Spray. The bathroom, kitchen, door knobs, tv remote and hard surfaces are disinfected with a 1000 pp+ clorox solution and cleaned with Simple Green.
